Mrs. Alknanda is the primary leader in the school building. She always leads by example. She is positive, enthusiastic, has her hands in the day to day activities of the school, and listens to what his student, teachers and parents are saying. She stays calm in difficult situations, thinks before she acts, and puts the needs of the school before herself. She steps up to fill in holes as needed, even if it isn’t a part of her daily routine.
